As we all expected, Joe Jackson's dreams of inheriting Michael Jackson's money have been shut down! A Superior Court judge denied Joe the right to receive any of his late son's cash and he's not allowed to challenge the executors of Michael's will any longer.
"I don't think he gets to step into this and create further litigation," said the judge on Tuesday. "Joe Jackson takes none of this estate. This is a decision his son made."
The judge did state that Joe is still legally able to request an allowance from Branca and McClain for his very excessive $15k per month lifestyle, but I cant see that going down!
