New York Department of Correction has three less employees!! Three Correctional Officers have reportedly resigned from their posts months after being accused of allowing rapper Foxy Brown to have a photo shoot inside NY's Rikers Island while she was incarcerated.
"That's what people get for catering to "celebs". They can go ask Foxy for a job doing security, it might just happen".
