"The Hills" star Stephanie Pratt was arrested for suspicion of DUI around 3:45 a.m. today in Hollywood. Pratt is currently in a Hollywood jail cell with her bail set at $5k. Why don't any of her "Hills" frenemies go bail her out!!!
Where is Spencer when you really need him to make a damn statement!
